WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
A desktop computer, dual monitor, home telephone with headset and a router.
A laptop cannot be used.
WHEN DO I GET PAID?
Twice a month by direct deposit.
IS TRAINING VIRTUAL?
Training is virtual using Blackboard.
IS THERE A BACKGROUND CHECK?
There is a background check and in some cases, a drug screen.
AM I AN EMPLOYEE OF ARISE?
Arise does not hire employees. Work is performed under an Independent Business Operator (IBO) or as your own IBO.
ARE THERE REQUIRED HOURS TO SERVICE?
Each client sets their required service hours for the week.
ARE THERE ANY FEES?
Each client charges a fee for certification. Arise charges a monthly usage fee for their platform and there is a monthly IBO fee.
Once you have been in Production for 90 days and consistently met the 90% Commitment Adherence goal each week, your certification fee will be reimbursed.
IS TRAINING PAID?
Revenue is not generated during training, only when calls are taken.
WHAT CLIENTS USE THE ARISE PLATFORM?
Carnival Cruise Lines, Interval International (English and Bilingual opportunities), Sears Home Services, Home Depot, Intuit Turbo Tax, Comcast Cable and Disney to name a few.
CAN I SERVICE FROM ANY STATE?
Currently, Arise is not accepting registrants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massacusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.
DO I RECEIVE A W2 OR A 1099?
You will receive a form 1099.
